Really enjoyed it.

Spotless rooms. Very helpful reception staff. The location is perfect, just next to the beach. The view from our sea view room was beautiful.

The bars didn’t have enough tokens at the end of the night to be able to hand our cups in. This meant carrying dirty cups around and keeping them in our room until morning. Not enough seats indoors when the weather was bad.

A good price per value all inclusive hotel next to the beach.

Quite good value for price, especially for full board or all inclusive. All the rooms have balcony with sea view in the building, the rooms are quite spacious, the air condition is manually adjustable and can be switched off for the night. The free wi-fi was fast enough to stream. The canteen was big enough to handle the crowd, no waiting for tables, only a few minutes waiting at the buffet. The foods was diverse and changed daily due to the actual theme however the desserts stayed the same. At lunch and dinner there was free beer and vine included on top of the soft drinks and coffee was available all day for free. There were music, games and activities at the pool during the day and also an evening program daily. There were enough sunbeds at the pool, there was no fight for them. There are direct trains from the airport to Los Alamos railway station which is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. After the check out at 12:00 we could leave our luggages in a room behind the reception and stay at the pool area until we left the hotel to the airport.

The bed was not too comfortable and was quite squeaky. The noise of the airplanes taking off from the Malaga airport can be heard in the room. The walls were quite thin, we heard our drunk neighbors partying during the night. The water in the pool was very cold, even for swimming.

Only here for a couple of nights and booked at really short notice after flight home was cancelled so it served a purpos

Good location

A bit dated and tired in the room. The communal areas were very nice but this was not carried through to accommodation. The food was average.

A pleasant stay in a good location.

Size and cleanliness of the room. Location of the hotel was good. Staff were helpful, polite and friendly.

Great location

Location brilliant Hotel is a little tired in places but rooms are good size, we had a fabulous sea view Good value, went went half board

Food choices are somewhat limited No fried or scrambled eggs at breakfast apart from 1 day during our stay We had an issue paying before our stay as our payment link had expired. Getting hold of someone at the hotel to help us prior to our stay was almost impossible. It did work out in the end but I must have sent 10+ emails trying to pay Then when we arrived having paid 2 days before the reception staff claimed we hadn't cleared our balance. Fortunately I'd taken a screenshot of my payment to them. Staff are friendly but contact and customer service beforehand could have been better

Very Good

Breakfast was good with lots of different foods. Also lunch and dinner. I would have liked more fish, there was very little of that. We had all inclusive, and in between meals there were warm snacks and fruit in a kiosk in the garden. We liked the activities at the pool during daytime, and the different shows every evening. And ice cream at all times was popular with my grandson (and my self).

The pillows on the bed were quite hard. Fortunately I had brought my own, soft pillow. The beds were very comfortable with good mattresses. One thing I did not like, was that all drinks outside had to be consumed in large Pepsi Max carton cups. It seemed a little ridiculous to drink red wine from those. We could however buy some plastic cups, which was better, they were at least transparent.

Good

Good choice for breakfast. It was very busy as it was half term. Luckily it was our last day of our holiday

In my opinion it isn't a 4*. Perhaps it used to be, but not any more. The rooms are very noisy. Shampoo wasn't provided for (4*???)

loved the room, loved the location, loved the hotel and with a few adjustments could soar

balcony bedroom wonderful. lifts all working and easy to access. we loved it

dinner ok. loathed the beakers given to all inclusive guests ( we weren’t but those that were told us they hated them). the ‘gold’ option utterly imbecilic. only a handful of ‘gold’ customers staying this week and only ‘gold’ customers could dine on the terrace. it remained empty most of the time. and being served coffee by the barbecue area in a plastic throwaway cup? bizarre

Enjoyed the break and if you don’t want to spend too

Restaurant was very good and lots to choose from for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Pool Area was very nice and beds available throughout the day.

Bed Mattresses are very hard. All inclusive drinks is tough when you need to carry a glass or token around and surely there is a better ways like other hotels do. Place could do with a good lick of fresh paint around hotel corridors. A nice fresh white would go along way to freshen the place up.
